CITY WEDDING AT 10-11 CARLTON HOUSE TERRACE – REBECCA AND ROB

ROMANTIC CITY WEDDING AT 10-11 CARLTON HOUSE TERRACE IN LONDON – REBECCA AND ROB

Rebecca and Rob got married at 10-11 Carlton House Terrace, London. It was a stunning City wedding, with succulents all over the tables and live Band to keep guests entertained.

THE WEDDING

The ceremony took place in the ballroom and was lit by candles, which was lovely. The ceremony included Couples vows. It was a romantic occasion, full of excited hand squeezes.

After the ceremony, guests mingled in the main room, which gave a chance to take candid photos, and I got some really fun photos as they enjoyed the afternoon. The weather at this City wedding was glorious, which I loved.

THE CITY WEDDING

The reception was held at the same venue. The venue is perfect for weddings because it’s so cosy and relaxed, and it’s got such a grand vibe, especially in the main room when the room is full of people having a great party.

For the reception, the couple had organised delicious canapes for their guests, and everyone really enjoyed it. Guests were then called for dinner, which was an amazing steak dinner – it was delicious.

THE PARTY

After dinner, they had their first dance, and the dance floor was packed all evening. The live band played all the best songs to get everyone dancing.

The evening ended with a ‘last dance’, which was just stunning, and everyone had a great time. The whole City wedding was just the happiest occasion, from the bride’s awesome dress to the wonderful speeches.

I loved this City wedding so much. If you’re getting married and looking for a wedding photographer, get in touch.

West Lodge Park

Jasmin  & Ishpal got married at the Ealing Gurdwara and had their wedding reception at the Grand West lodge. The reception room of the venue was the main ballroom which is adjacent to the conservatory and the grounds that open up on the files and the Helipad. The landscape of the country house is very panoramic and gorgeous. Situated in Barnet, the country house has been owned and run by the Beale family since 1945 through 4 generations. Over the past 80 years, the Lodge has hosted hundreds of weddings and events.

The Country Park

Weddings here at the country park are from luxurious to intimate. The scenic grounds are perfect for a sunny day portrait session, and also, the indoor architecture is just suitable for some traditional photographs. That’s what Jas and Ispal did for their photo session.

The Wedding reception

The family made their way from the Temple, and we all had a cocktail hour before we ventured onto the ground. Capturing their day was an honor as I learned so much about the cultures. We spent around 30 min walking and then posing for some photos. There is a grand fountain we took some pictures against, and the greenery in the park was beaming with sunlight. We then went inside the ballroom, where the couple cut their cake and had some group shots against the photo booth and the background. Here are some images from the day.

After dinner, everyone got straight on the dance floor, and the party got started. The live musician kept everyone entertained all evening.

Advice for planning your wedding

If you are planning your multicultural wedding, I would advise having 2 sessions kept aside for your couple’s portraits. I love to capture you in both your outfits to show how much you loved your wedding outfits and represented your own culture, Isbah wore a white dress in the morning and an Indian outfit for the evening reception. They incorporated the cultural celebrations for both Isbah and Jordan’s sides.

OLD MARYLEBONE TOWN HALL LONDON WEDDING – FARHIA AND MATT

IF YOU’RE PLANNING A WEDDING AT OLD MARYLEBONE TOWN HALL IN LONDON, YOU’LL LOVE THIS WEDDING FOR INSPIRATION!

Farhia and Matt got married at Old Marylebone Town Hall, which is the local town hall in London with beautiful indoors. It was so sunny on the day and everyone really enjoyed themselves!

THE MORNING PREP

Farhia got ready at the Hotel Cafe Royal. It is a stunning hotel to get ready with your best people and family. The interior of the hotel is so exquisite, we really had such a great time. Staff opened the grand ballroom for us to have some portraits of the Bride

THE VOWS

The ceremony was an intimate service with all their friends and family present. During the ceremony, they read their own vows. It was a real tear-jerker. After the ceremony, we took a London Routemaster bus hired by the couple with all the guests on the bus. Oh, it was so exciting to travel by bus so historic.

WHY OLD MARYLEBONE TOWN HALL IS A GREAT PLACE TO GET MARRIED

Old Marylebone Town Hall is perfect for couples who want a chilled out wedding and is one of the coolest places to get married in London. The venue offers beautiful intimate ceremonies – and there are so many incredible backdrops that are perfect for photos.

RECEPTION AND THE PARTY

The couple had their reception at the Linden House Riverside in the afternoon and a live band in the evening. It was such a sunny day, the guest mingled outside near the riverside and we were able to catch that sunset for the couples photos. For dinner, they had proper wedding grub, and the first dance was to Ed Sheeran. They finished off the evening with a ‘last dance’.

THE COUPLE

Farhia wore a classic white dress and Matt wore a three-piece suit and they looked really gorgeous.

The couple got in touch with me last year, and their inquiry was so personal. They said they wanted a relaxed photographer, and I loved that they just wanted to party and eat cake.

 OLD MARYLEBONE TOWN HALL

The historic venue is so popular in London and has so much to offer, they have different sizes of rooms that can accommodate from 5 to 80 guests for ceremonies. I love how the staff is so organised and has adapted to the new way of celebrating weddings. It is by far one of my favourite venues in London.

Katya and Brett got married amongst their family and friends at the Old Marylebone Registry hall in London,  with the reception dinner at the https://www.thealfredtennyson.co.uk/ .

Katya’s family was able to attend the ceremony from Russia, but Brett family still being Australia, witnessed the wedding via face time throughout the day! It was such a magical day as the love story came to a new beginning. Katya met Brett when she was house-hunting in London and Brett had a spare room for their flat. From there on they have been living together and slowly the relationship blossomed and turned into a love story! I mean this is something out of a modern fairy tale book! I am sure for the years to come they will love telling their story to generations and more.
