10. Manor of Groves,Hertfordshire .ย
Manor of Groves is located in Hertfordshire and spans 150 acres of countryside, making it an ideal location for a wedding just outside London. I had the pleasure of photographing anย Indian wedding there last year. The hotel is perfect for guests needing an overnight stay, as they can reserve up to 10 rooms in advance for the bride-to-be. With 80 bedrooms, including Superior and Four Poster bedrooms, all equipped with marble bathrooms, onsite parking, and only 2 minutes from Stanstead airport, it’s very convenient. The venue offers a choice of banqueting rooms and two outside Gazebos. For receptions, the Manor Suite glass conservatory overlooks the Oriental Garden and can accommodate 400 guests. The Colonnade Room, situated adjacent to the gardens, can accommodate up to 120 guests.
11 Shendish Manor,Hertfordshire ,
Shendish Manor Hotel & Golf Course is located in the west of Hertfordshire. The venue offers both an outdoor gazebo and an indoor ceremony room, and can accommodate up to 400 guests with its 70 spacious hotel rooms. The hotel also features its very own golf course. I recently photographed a wedding for my good friendsย Charlotte and Andy at this venue. We chose to have an outdoor ceremony, which fortunately worked out well with the weather. The hotel also provides catering and a bar for evening guests. My overall experience was great; the hotel staff were friendly and the grounds were perfect for capturing the images we wanted. We even had the chance to explore the grounds and take a leisurely walk, allowing the bride and groom to have some alone time before the reception.
