South France Destination wedding photographer

South France

I am so excited to share with you one of my favourite shoots of 2018!

I have shot so many events and weddings but planning and shooting a styled shoot and being a part of a talented team give me so much happiness.

Planning a styled shoot certainly takes a long time but when it all comes together it’s magic!.

The amount of images you can come away with says in itself that it was all worth it. This styled shoot in St Remi was one of my favourite of all styled shoots. Gorgeous dresses, a unique historic mansion and the creatives involved were so amazing and generous and I cannot thank them enough ..Theme

The Theme of the shoot was simple and elegant colours. Dusty grey and light blush pinks, with urban green and ivory whites. I love the color pallet full of muted colors and gorgeous Models. The dress was flowy and full of embellishing works by Jo Fleming designs. The shoes were actually from M and S! yes! I mean just look at them…

Wedding,

What better way to spend your days off with talented teams and 4 days in the South of France? We flew to Marseilles and then car hire to Nimes for our Air BnB. The place was so amazing. The shoot took place at the Chateau Du Russon in Nimes. The hotel is set in a magnificent 18th-century building not far from Saint Remy de Provence in a rural area within shady tall trees and spacious grounds.

Photography style

The gorgeous couple who agreed to let us capture the shoot is actually getting married in 2019. I am so grateful to Lucy and Hayden for being a part of this shoot and making the day happen. We also get to shoot their engagement session which was a bonus for us.

The setup in the Chateau was in the bridal suite which was hired by us for the day. We use the grounds of the mansion too which gave the shoot a whole urban elegant look. The table was set under a large Oak tree with the cake beside the dining table. The detailed shots are so important for any kind of shoot as these complete the day for the bride and groom. I was so honoured that I got to capture all these details for the suppliers involved.

Vendors –

I would not have done it without you all.

The shoot,

The Shoot started at around 12 as Lucy was getting her Hair and Makeup done, In the meantime, we took so detailed shots of the dress, the cake, the jewellery, shoes, flowers and bouquet, and the stationary.

Post-production. See it for yourself! I really enjoyed my time in France with such a creative team. Do you know what I love the most? Everything!. Such elegance in everything I captured in the shoot. I hope you enjoy the images !!
