Romantic Humanist wedding at Berwick Lodge in Bristol – Elise and Gisli

If you love woodlands then you’ll find so much inspiration from this Humanist wedding!

Elise and Gisli got married at the spectacular Berwick Lodge, Bristol. It was a stunning Humanist wedding, with forest decor as the main decor and Harpist to keep guests entertained.

The ceremony

The ceremony took place in a gazebo, and was filled with flowers, which was lovely. The ceremony included the couple reading their own vows. It was a romantic occasion, full of lots of laughter.

After the ceremony, guests mingled in the garden, which was the perfect time for me to get candid photos, and I got some lovely photos in the meadow. The weather at this Humanist wedding was so sunny, it was a stunning day.

The Humanist wedding

The reception was held in a lodge. The venue is perfect for weddings because you can have the place for the whole weekend, and it’s got such a stunning vibe, especially on the dance floor when the party gets going.

For the reception, the couple organised live music for their guests, and everyone had a blast. Guests were then called for dinner, which was a slap-up meal – it was delicious.

The party

After the reception, guests enjoyed the dessert table, and the dance floor was packed all evening. The live band kept everyone entertained all evening.

The evening ended with fireworks, which was incredible, and everyone had a great time. The whole Humanist wedding was everything I love about weddings, from the wildflower seed favors to the fire pit in the evening.
